There is some exciting news happening for Province Smile. We are in the process of setting up an official Non-Profit in the USA as well as in the Philippines!
We have been waiting for the US government to issue Joy’s green card and it looks like it’s just around the corner now. She has her interview scheduled for July 23rd, so please pray that she passes it with flying colors. Apparently she can expect the Green Card about 2 weeks after the interview. This means we can finally go back to the Philippines again without the risk of her being stuck there.
Also, Joy and I personally purchased about 11 acres of land in the Philippines which we are planning to use as the home base of Province Smile Inc. We hope to build a storage facility on the land and simple lodging for up to missionary guests.
We also have a potential Angel Investor who is very interested in funding all the startup costs and regular missions in the future. Please keep us in your prayers as we try to pave the way for more than just school supplies and bibles.
